1. บริการ
Multi-Agent Brainstorm เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยระดมสมองและปรับปรุงพรอมต์ด้วยโมเดล AI หลายราย ผลลัพธ์เป็นคำแนะนำ ไม่ใช่การรับประกันความถูกต้องหรือผลลัพธ์ทางธุรกิจ
2. บัญชีและการใช้งาน
คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง รักษาคีย์และบัญชีของตนเอง และไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อการละเมิดกฎหมาย การหลอกลวง การโจมตีระบบ หรือการส่งเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย
3. BYOK และผู้ให้บริการ AI
ในโหมด BYOK คุณรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายและข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการ AI ที่เลือก เราไม่รับประกันความพร้อมใช้งานของบริการภายนอก
4. การชำระเงินและการระงับ
การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่าน Stripe Checkout และยอดกระเป๋าเงินจะเพิ่มเมื่อ Stripe ยืนยันว่าชำระเงินสำเร็จ การเรียกโมเดลคิดจากโทเคน input/output ที่ผู้ให้บริการรายงานจริง ตามอัตราต้นทุน API ปัจจุบันบวกค่าบริการ 60% เครื่องมือเสริมและบริบทยาวอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม เราอาจระงับหรือทบทวนรายการที่ถูกโต้แย้ง คืนเงิน หรือมีความเสี่ยงด้านการฉ้อโกง

1. Service
Multi-Agent Brainstorm helps users brainstorm and improve prompts with multiple AI models. Outputs are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy or business results.
2. Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and keys, and must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
3. BYOK and AI providers
In BYOK mode, you are responsible for the selected provider’s fees and terms. We do not guarantee availability of third-party providers.
4. Payments and suspension
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout, and wallet funds are added only after Stripe confirms successful payment. Model calls are billed from provider-reported actual input/output tokens at current API cost plus a 60% service markup. Tool calls and long-context tiers may add cost. We may suspend or review disputed, refunded, or potentially fraudulent transactions.
